Industry Experience
Shane Bell has worked in the drilling industry since 2003. Shane is self-motivated and team-oriented with excellent problem-solving, computer, math, and organizational skills. Starting as a driller’s helper, Bell worked up the ranks in various driller and supervisor roles. Bell has worked in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Minnesota, Montana, and Nevada. He has overseen many PQ, HQ, and NQ diamond core projects from shallow to depths of over 6,000 feet. Bell assists with operations and works closely with the core team to ensure Safe, Clean, Production as we grow.
