James Stephens has worked in the drilling industry since 1989. Stephens leads strategic project planning and ensures excellent client communication from initial project discussions to completion. Stephens helps ensure teams have above-industry-standard tooling and equipment, utilize our top-tier safety protocols, and communicate effectively among teams and clients to meet or exceed client expectations. Stephens also assists with overseeing budgets and establishes and implements procedures and plans to grow Premier Drilling Company. Stephens began his drilling and pump career in Arizona and has worked throughout the United States. Since moving into sales in 1998, Stephens has assisted clients with over $500,000,000 in drilling services, including flooded reverse, conventional, reverse circulation, diamond core, percussion hammer, auger, sonic, casing advance, pump repair and installation, well testing, well rehabilitation, and well abandonments.
