Industry Experience
Matt Fisher has worked in the drilling industry since 2005. Fisher oversees and supports Premier Drilling Company’s Rotary Operations. Fisher started as a driller assistant in 2005 and rapidly worked his way up to driller and superintendent. Fisher has drilled boreholes from 4 to 38 inches in diameter and holes deeper than 4,000 feet. Fisher enjoys supporting and teaching drillers and driller assistants how to safely support projects by sampling, mixing drilling fluids, operating, and doing preventive maintenance on rigs, mud systems, mixers, backhoes, water trucks, winch trucks, compressors, light plants, and other drill site equipment. Fisher collaborates with clients and management to ensure his jobs meet or exceed specifications and expectations in agricultural irrigation, mineral exploration, and municipal water.
